1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing OmniStream USA websites, subscribing to services, or utilizing our streaming API servers, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not utilize this platform.

2. Account Credentials & Simultaneous Connections

Subscription accounts are provisioned for private residential and personal use. Subscribers must adhere to their purchased connection limit (e.g., 1, 2, 3, or 5 simultaneous streams). Sharing account credentials on public forums or attempting to re-stream feeds via unauthorized restreamer panels will result in immediate termination without refund.

3. Service Availability & SLA

While OmniStream USA targets an uptime SLA of 99.96%, occasional scheduled maintenance, satellite transponder adjustments, or upstream internet provider disruptions may occur. Service status updates are published on our network health dashboard.

4. Device & Network Compatibility

The subscriber is responsible for maintaining adequate internet broadband connectivity (minimum 25 Mbps recommended for 4K streams) and compatible playback hardware (Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, Smart TV, or PC).
