OmniStream USA adheres to a strict zero-activity logging architecture. We do not monitor, store, log, or record the specific television channels, video streams, audio feeds, or on-demand content accessed by individual subscribers.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimal data required to provision your account and facilitate communication:

• Email address for credential delivery and billing receipts.
• Connection counts (active simultaneous sessions) to enforce plan parameters.
• Payment transaction IDs provided by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment gateways. We never store full credit card numbers or CVV codes.

3. Encryption & Data Protection

All web traffic, API transactions, and Xtream Codes token exchanges are protected using TLS 1.3 protocol encryption. Server clusters are hosted in secure Tier-3 data centers equipped with strict physical and digital perimeter security.

4. Third-Party Disclosures

We do not sell, rent, trade, or disclose subscriber personal information to third-party advertisers, data brokers, or marketing entities under any circumstances.
